           Yunnan Province as a major province to participate the construction of BCIM EC , now is constructing the new system of open economy as a starting point to build up the financial comprehensive reform area along the border 、Kunming internationalized regional financial center and Kunming Pan Asia Industrial Park , actively start the international finance openness & cooperation in the construction of BCIM EC .                                                            .

           Reporter recently learned from relevant departments that for building up the linkage mechanism between the governmental financial departments 、 financial industry organizations and think tanks , Yunnan Province had established the leading group of “  the construction of border financial comprehensive reform pilot area  “, the leading group including 11 provincial departments 、Kunming City 、8 cities along the border、all the counties along the border and financial institutions . Provincial Finance office as a leader of the group organized 16 financial think tanks and financial industry organizations to build up the positive linkage mechanism between government、social organizations and financial institutions.                                    .

           In the field of “ building up internationalfinance opening& cooperation platform “ ,  “International Finance Openness & Cooperation Across Asia and BCIM Exchanges Summit“had successful held during the period of 2^nd China -South Asia Expo and “ The Mechanism of China – South Asia International Finance Opening & Cooperation“ also established last year ,inside this mechanism now had already set up working group in all the South Asia countries , the members of working group including financial department officers 、SEC officers 、central banks officers 、Exchanges officers and representatives from research institutes.                                    .

          In the field of  “ explore the financial products innovations for the capital markets connectivity “ , last year China Kunming International Logistics & Finance Association (ILFA)and South Asia Federation of Exchanges (SAFE) and many her member exchanges propose  the declaration of formation of Pan Asia Stock Exchange(Kunming Proposal) , this advocate was aimed at build up a substantial solution for” the mechanism of China – South Asia International Finance Opening & Cooperation” and also a effective measure to solve the huge financing demand problems for the infrastructure construction of BCIM EC .
